Hi.. :)

Right can anybody help me please :confused3 Hope this makes sense..

If we book two different hotel reservations (In the same hotel) with DW, also they will run concurrent is there anyway that DW will or could link the two so we dont have to check out at the end of the one and re check in again seeing we will be in the same hotel :confused3 I can explain why we have done this .. It does makes sense really LOL

Called CO they didnt seem sure how or what DW would do when we check in

Anybody ever done this ????

Are they the same room type? If so and it is just a change of reservation have the TA note the reference of the other reservation on both.

When you check in first time check they have both reservations and check thy have you staying in the same room the whole time then on change over day you will need to pop to the front desk to collect new keys and leave a CC imprint as it can not be carried from one reservation to the next.

Doing this for the 3rd time in July but all offsite, not with WDW.
1st time I did it because for some strange reason it was cheaper to book 2 seperate weeks than 2 together, that was at the Courtyard by marriott, Palm Parkway.
2nd time was last year at the Holiday Inn DTD, used AA airmiles from 3 seperate accounts, booked 1 night on each account for a 3 night stay.

Both times no problem at all, just handed over my vouchers and they merged the vouchers into 1 booking so no reason to go back for anything.

3rd time will be this July, again AA airmiles on 3 accounts for 3 nights at Fairfield Inn, hope it works as well as before.

Get the right CM you should be able to do it.

Yeah they are the same room type, 1 reservation with CO & 1 direct with DW via the US site so 2 different TA. :confused3

That was my thinking too hopefully.. Cause if we have to leave the room to move to another room I think DW will kill me !! :scared: Dont mind doing a quick check out and then check in but dont fancy moving rooms half way through our stay..

Just speak to the CM at check in - they may need a supervisior but it should be able to be sorted no problem.

Will have check in though and if you are on the DDP the credits expiry midnight of changeover day too.

Thanks again for help..

Like Wayne said I think its all down to the CM that i get on the desk..

Not on DDP on the 1st reservation, DDP is on the 2nd reservation so should be ok with that,,,
