Linking cash Reservation with DVC

I have three separate reservations for a BW 2 BR villa - the cash reservation is in the middle of the stay - CRO just told me that I can not link these reservations - not sure this is true but the CM would not budge - any idea if this can be done by DVC or in any other way - it would be nice not to have to move twice during the stay - Thanks for any input

It is true they can not be linked in the traditional sense. That said, ask each place to note it is a continuing reservation with the reservation number and final checkout date. The room controller will make every effort not to move you. You will however, need to go check out and in each time and pick up new keys.

Also, reminder/verify with the checkin CM that it is noted on your ressie. They should be able to block your room at that time if it hasn't already been done providing there is no difference in your "room types"

Or if lucky, have to stand in line and check-out from the MS ressie and recheck-in for the CRO ressie (without having to move) and then again going from the CRO ressie back to the MS ressie.

I have also heard of kindly CMs at check-in linking all of the ressies and no move or check-in check-out fun.

My recommendation, be VERY nice to your check-in CM, and politely and calmly ask if they can link 'em all to save you from the above scenarios!

Which view do you have for the DVC reservations? If it's boardwalk view, you will almost definitely have to move.

Are you a member? If so, you can check with member services to see if you can book the cash nights through them (25% discount). If so, you have a better chance not to move (except boardwalk view).
