Linking a Resort Reservation

Just trying to link my hotel on the World Disney app but having trouble. What format should the 'Confirmation Number' take. The one on my order starts with GA, I'm wondering whether this is a travel agent reference rather than a Disney one.

I used cc points and wasn’t able to do it on MDE. Called Disney and the tech specialist was able to link it both times. No problem.

Ask the travel agent (if using one) for the resort confirmation number. The agency may have their own confirmation numbers, but once they get confirmation from Disney it'll be in number format only. No letters.
