Linking a package to a one night reservation??

We booked a 4 night package at DLH, + 1 night through their hotel only reservations (using an AP rate)... I know the departments are completely separate when booking, is there anyway to combine or link the reservations somehow? Should I try and get hold of the front desk?

I would let them know at check in, so you won't have to check out and back in.
