Linking a CC to make ADRS

I am trying to link my credit card to MDE so I am ready to make my ADRs tomorrow morning. But it seems to add it, but doesn't show anywhere that I have a card linked. Is this typical, or is there someplace I can check and see if it is linked. If I click out of it and back in, it doesn't show any cards, and let's me add it again.....

What happens when you try to book a reservation? I would book a fake reservation for a time in Sept or Oct to see if it works then cancel it.

Tried it, it asks me for my card again...I linked it 3 times
