Linking a 2004 ticket to magic bands

Just called again and they are still saying I can't link a 2004 ticket to my magic bands until I arrive. How am I supposed to get fast passes ahead of time for each member of the family (three already have tickets that are more current) Do I really have to wait until I get there?

If you really cannot link that ticket until arrival, then yes, you will have to wait until you get there. They can be made for anybody who already has tickets linked and you can try to add yourself when you have tickets you can link, but availability will likely be limited.

It sounds like you have pre-Magic Your Way tickets which would have to be upgraded (in person) to MYW tickets before being used again in any capacity.

Unfortunately, as PP said yes you will have to wait. Or, you could try calling IT on the phone to see if there is anything that they can do. But, I doubt it.
