Link to the dining plan brocure? Anyone have the new brocure in-hand?

Does anyone have a link to the most recent dining plan brocure? OR, even better, has anyone been given the new brocure at Disney and is willing to scan it?

I'm noticing people mentioning various changes, including restaurants dropping out of the plan and a change in FAQs. I'm hoping to read the official brochure for myself.

Search wasn't working for me earlier, and I couldn't find it on my own.

Maybe I'll just call the reservations number and ask if they can send me the brochure.
