Completely understand! My dogs eats our stuff daily, and it is usually something we love, never those things we just kinda like.
I am angry with my cat, he peed on my bed again!! 3 times in the past month, I climbed in bed and thought I think I smell cat pee, oops I feel wetness!!!!!!!!!:mad::scared1:

I am sorry... it is never fun to have things get ruined by animals. I have WAY too many animals. We do not currently have a dog but our last dog was morally opposed to screens. We lost ever screen in our house including the screen door. He even tore through the screen on our tent when we took him camping. :confused3

ACK!! I hate that. As I mentioned above...we have too many animals...most of which are cats and one I SWEAR is brain damaged. He spins in circles constantly and sprays (yes he has been fixed for quite some tiem) on EVERYTHING. We are currently replacing flooring in our living room cause of how bad he has been. This carpet was only 3 years old. The walls...2 feet down had to be torn out...cause of the spraying. So...I feel your pain/understand your anger. I have forbid this cat from coming in the house. It makes me sad, and feel guilty...but guess what...the walls have not been sprayed on since he has been out.

We don't currently have a cat but thankfully we never had that problem when we did. The dog isn't allowed on the bed. A couple of my rabbits WILL pee on it and have in the past so they aren't allowed on the bed anymore either!

The dog is usually more interested in shredding paper and stealing our socks. She never really cared about shoes (except my brothers which stunk to high you-know-what). But last night she was driving me nuts and I yelled at her because she kept hitting me and biting me...10 minutes later I found my flip flop in her mouth and the strap was chewed in half. And of course, Crocs doesn't make those particular ones anymore.

I have 7 rabbits, the dog, and three zebra finches. We're considering another rabbit as a boyfriend for our single female and I would love to get another dog as a playmate for Parsley. But I think Lumar is at his wit's end right now :rotfl2: That's crazy that your dog ate your screens! Parsley tries to chew on flat glass surfaces like the sliding glass door or the full length mirror.... :confused3 Other than that, she likes to de-stuff blankets and pillows and shred paper. She's pretty low maintenance! :lmao:

So we're officially in the 80s! 88 days to go, not counting today!

I'm stealing this from OverExcited, who stole it from another DISer! :rotfl2:

88 days until vacation

60.5 days of work left (I ended up having to change my schedule to work half a day on Monday 10/18 :sad2: )

13 weekends

10 days of vacation
:banana::banana::banana:

I pulled this up in google so I don't know how up to date the information is.

Stats for Orlando in October:

Average high temperature: 84.6 (although last year it was in the 90's every day of our trip! :faint: )

Average low temperature: 65.8

Average precipitation: 2.42

Average humidity (1pm): 56

Record high (1986): 95

Record low (1989): 44

Wow you're so close! I'm looking forward to hitting double digits, but that won't be for another 2 weeks or so! :(

I'm pretty sure I have 16 weekends left until my trip, I counted last night for some reason!

The weather looks great, hopefully that's what you will get! :dance3:

I think I'm going to cancel our lunch ressie at Kona on 10/26. The lunch menu appealed to me when I booked it, but for some reason nothing stands out to me now :confused3

That is our non-park day and I'm so torn about what to do! We'll be eating QS breakfast at CSR and then I have to do some laundry. We have dinner at T-Rex scheduled for 5pm, and MNSSHP that night (where we'll be having a DIS meet with HEATHER!!!!). Lumar wants to play mini golf and I want to go horseback riding.

DECISIONS DECISIONS!

AHEM! You forgot to mention an important part of the 26th! I'm going to go cry in the corner now...

Yes, it is 110% better!! :cool1:

;)

So this is my idea for the 26th...
I just typed out a whole idea for this day and then changed my mind so if you already read it, it's been changed and no, you're not crazy....well, maybe you are but that's not my business! :rotfl2:

Get up around 8
Get QS breakfast at CSR
Hang out by the pool and wash laundry.

Fantasia Gardens is within walking distance to the Boardwalk/YC/BC...and those resorts are within walking distance to DHS.

So we can walk to DHS, walk to the resorts, walk to FG, then walk back and either eat lunch at one of those resorts or walk back to DHS and take a bus back to CSR where we can eat lunch.

We'll then head to DTD later on for dinner, then head to MNSSHP (where we have our awesome DIS meet with Heather and her hubby! :thumbsup2)

I think for the mini-golf, you get dropped off at the nearest bus stop location and then walk over. I know when we were on our way from AK to POP, our bus driver let someone off at Blizzard Beach, and that person walked over to the nearest course. (I've never paid attention to where they are, but apparently, there's one right near the water park.)

I hope that gives you an idea! I think it's definitely a lot of transportation time in there.

Yes, Winter Summerland is across the street from Blizzard Beach.

I was trying to work in a way to be able to eat lunch while we were out so I think my new way (which I totally edited above) will work out....

Maybe....

Hopefully.... :rolleyes1

ETA: I also just read that FG is right across the street from the Swan/Dolphin so we could take a bus to DHS or Epcot, then transfer to a Swan/Dolphin bus and just have to walk across the street. AFTER we play, we could walk to the BC/YC/Boardwalk for lunch....

I think the new plans sound very do-able!!

I agree! I really want to go horseback riding but it's too much to try and get it all done in one day. Lumar also wanted to go back and see La Nouba but I think we will save both of these for next year.

The new plans sound great! And yes, FG is right across the street from the Swan/Dolphin, so you can easily walk there! FG and the S/D are on the same road as the Beach Club, but the Beach Club is much farther down the road. We kept driving by FG when we would come and go from BC, and we wanted to play, we just never had the time! :confused3

So you think it's definitely better to start from the Swan/Dophin as opposed to the Beach Club? I don't mind walking but if the Beach Club is really far up the road then I'll stick with the Swan/Dolphin.

ETA: Oh yeah, I just looked at a map...the Swan is definitely closer than the Boarwalk!

Do the Swan/Dolphin have like a QS cafeteria at all that maybe we could get lunch at? :confused3

Hello! I've seen you around, but never got the chance to check out your PTR until today. It looks like we'll be there at the same time! :yay:

Your plans look awesome! I wish I could spend two whole weeks at WDW :lmao: That sucks that your brother can't go, but if he was being that flaky, I don't think you guys would have had that good of a time anyway, so it's better that he flaked out now instead of at the last minute or while on the trip. I'm sorry about your rabbit!

Also, if you guys go mini-golfing, I'd check out Fantasia Gardens. It's a neat little course. I played both while I was a CM, and FG was my favorite. :)

:welcome: Thanks for stopping by!

Can you believe how close we are getting?! I started my countdown in triple digits (like 230 something days) and now I'm down to the mid 80s! It's coming up fast!

We started off by just going for a week (one day at each park), then we bumped it up to 8 days so we could do each park twice, and this year I decided to add in an "off day." It seems that I never have any nice pictures of the resort, we never get to do any non-park stuff because we run out of time, and washing 10 days worth of laundry all at once when we got back home was just too much. Having a day off will allow us to do a lot of other stuff AND get some clothes washed so when we get home I'm not so overwhelmed!

Fantasia Gardens is the one that appeals to me the most so that's definitely the one we'll be heading to. Since they don't offer direct transport, I'm glad that both courses are at least within walking distance to other places. It looks like we'll be taking a park bus (which ever comes up first I suppose), then transferring to a Swan/Dolphin bus, then walking just across the street to FG. I'm really excited! I actually beat Lumar at mini-golf the last time we played (he usually beats me at EVERYTHING)!
