I keep looking on Universals site to find the link to buy the 7 day $99 tickets. I click the "special" link that telkls about it on the first page, but it takes em to a regular priced ticket page. No mention of the $99 deal on that page at all, and I tried putting the 7 days tickets in my cart and they come up at full price too. Am I missing something?

You can still order through here: http://www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com/universal/#

The Universal website isn't showing that special anymore so I wonder if it's over?

Is that for a whole week, hopper too? My mom is going in a few weeks, so I'm helping her along with some info, and also trying to get DH talked into going as well. LOL!

Looks like big changes were made to the type of tickets sold - either 1, 2, 3, 4 or 7 day tickets, with or without hopping privileges between the two parks. The 7 day tickets are significantly higher than the $ 99 special. Ticket brokers may still have some of the 7 day unlimited tickets left - but it would only be until they sell the existing inventory. Undercovertourist is still listing them on its site.

I bought mine through Dreams Unlimited this morning. This was the email response I got.

Thank you for choosing Dreams Unlimited Travel.

Your ticket order has been received into our system. We will now contact Universal Studios to place the order and get
the official confirmation number. You will receive an official confirmation email from us within 48 hours.

I hope that Universal still honors the ticket price. DU has not placed the charge on my credit card yet.
dang!

I guess those surveys really do make a difference. I remember all the questions about the different types of tickets and AP's that could appear and it looks as though they have.

I also had the yikes! moment this morning. I've been delaying my purchase until I sorted out all of my express pass options. I went ahead and purchased through undercovertourist, as the final price was cheaper than dreamsunlimited. On a related note, I wonder if changes are coming to the express pass ticket program. It looks like they are no longer selling the VIP express pass, and just the express plus tickets (one-time use per ride per day). It looks like we will be booking an onsite room for sure now!

I just read yesterday where someone thought the prices would go up when Harry Potter opened....I guess they were right.
I hope my mom can get her tickets at the lower price.
That being said, I priced out a trip for us...if I can get DH to go, and the buy3 get 2 free price did NOT got up. That is 5 nights with hotel (I looked at offsite ones)

Thanks for the heads up!! I just bought a couple of tickets through Undercover Tourist to beat the price increase!! $108 per ticket with taxes and shipping included is a good deal!

Glad I bought my tickets last Friday. I assumed ticket prices would go up, but I didn't think they'd go up by over $50 for a 7 day pass. And I no longer see the add on Wet N wild for $25 option.

Sheesh.....for $50 more you can just buy a season pass. $170 + taxes for 7 day - 2 park. :confused3

Glad I got my tickets on Saturday. If anyone is an AAA member, we got our 2 park 7 day tickets for $95 each from them on Saturday. That price included all taxes, etc., so I was happy with that price. Not sure if their price will go up also or if they will still sell any existing tickets they have for the $95 price.

Was going to get some for a friend and right now they Dreams Unlimited site shopping cart is down! Hope they are still offering. I told her to run to Krogers and check real quick. If that doesn't work I will try my local AAA office.

I wish I would have thought to check AAA this morning! If Dreams Unlimited is down try Undercover Tourist. Their price is $108 for adults and $105 for children and includes tax and shipping. My final price ended up being cheaper than Dreams Unlimited. It is my first time using them, but I received a tracking number within an hour of placing the order so I am all smiles so far!

VERY!!! Lots of people plan their whole Disney vacation from them

I have never heard anything negative about Undercovertourist - a lot of people use them to buy their Disney tickets if they are not on a Disney package. I bought Universal tickets (1 day/1park) from them last month for a single day I will be in Orlando next week. I received the tickets in 3 business days (they guaranteed 10 business days), and also received a call to verify my address because I used my business address for shipping which was different than my credit card address. The tickets are actual tickets - not vouchers that have to be redeemed at the gate. There was very little price difference on the 7 day unlimited tickets from the Universal site, but I saved about $ 45 (on 4 tickets) on the 1 day tickets from the Universal site.

I bought two Universal tickets through UT this morning and had a tracking number within the hour!
