Link to AP info sticky?

is there a thread with info about AP's, what's included and all that jazz somewhere?
I searched and I found a post that referenced "the sticky" which I would assume to be in this forum, alas, I don't know where it is :-(
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Having an AP entitles the cardholder to purchase a Tables in Wonderland card. That is good for 20% discount on food at Disneyworld restaurants (most TS restaurants) and includes 20% off alcohol orders. http://tablesinwonderland.com/
