Link accounts / User IDs /Emails??

Hello,

Doing some quick research I found that in order to change my user name, i had to create a new one, using a different email. i did that, but is their a way i can link my original user/ email to my current [the new name/email]? Not that I post a ton, i just hate to start all over again, lol
