Lingo ?

OK I am a newbie to this site and find it very helpful planning my upcoming trip with my dd who will be 29 months when we go to Disney. We use to live in Florida and had yearly passes but now we moved to the NE and our planning a big trip. I keep seeing the word AP and TC can anyone help me with the lingo. Thanks.
