Lines at official opening time after morning EMH

Hi,

I will be going to Magic Kingdom on 12/29. I wasn't able to get a Fastpass to Mine Train in time so the plan was to run straight there when the park opened. There are EMH from 7:00-8:00 and the park opens at 8. Last week, TouringPlans.com was saying that on the 12/29 the line for Mine Train would be about 45 minutes by the time we made it there at about 8:10am. Now, it is saying the wait will be 78 minutes. I understand Christmas week is the busiest week of the year, but does anyone have any insight on how long lines generally are at opening after EMH?

I wouldn't count on it being any less than 60 minutes. If you're at the back of the pack, I would count on 90 minutes.
