I am travelling with my DD10 in January, and we have not ridden EE yet.I am wondering if we get there on Sunday of MLK weekend around 10am, if we will be able to get two rides in (one standby one FP) before noon or one.Any suggestions?
Also never ridden PW and wondering if it is more coaster than teacups.Teacups make me puke but I love coasters.

Should be able to do standby from 10-12 with no problem as far as the fastpass for the second ride it will be close as they go fast.

PW is more Wildmouse rollercoaster then teacups but everyonce in a while you do get a spinner and a good ride that does make.

Was planning to get the FP then get in standby line.works well at TOT and RnR so was hoping to use same strategy.
Thanks for the info on PM.Im going to try it

You're going in January...you should almost be able to walk right on. You might have a little wait if you are in the Park on a weekend or during President's week.

Yes the line shouldn't be that bad. I typically wait no longer than 45 minutes at the most, but typically just 30-45 minutes.

Primeval Whirl is fun and I recommend it. The spins at the end are bearable but are kind of crazy. It's definitely more coaster than teacups. If you need to, don't worry about skipping this or letting others in your party ride it instead of you.

Happy Holidays!

We were at AK last Saturday. FP were gone by noon. (we rode using the single riders line.) Just wanted to pass this along to give you an idea. I think noon should be do-able if you are there for opening or soon after. But hard to say. Any holiday weekend is busy.
The regular stand by line was 60 - 70 minutes (varied twice during the time we were there.)
Three weeks ago we were there and the stand by line was 80 minutes, again in the afternoon and FPs were gone.

If you make EE a priority when you arrive at the park you should have no problem getting two rides in on it.

Now...PW...That is another story. If the Teacups make you sick, I imagine that PW will do the same. I'm not a spinning ride kind of guy and avoid the Teacups at all costs. Primevial Whirl does the same thing to me. It starts off innocent enough but it is a man eater. All that said, you need to try it at least once.

Have fun!!!

We rode PW Saturday too. (Three adults) And our vehicle was spinning much more than I recall it doing in the past! Fun, but dizzying! :dance3:

I am not a spinning person either. I did PW once and that is enough for me <G> I am glad I did it though.
