Do they charge for a different color linens? I am pretty sure white/ivory is included, but do they charge if you want a different color napkin? If so how much?

YES! They do charge you. (DF and I have been having BEO discussions lately... )

Napkins are $2 per person.
The linens for the LS (108") are $29 each
Our current overlay has "pixie dust" on it (i.e. beading) and those are $37.50 each; however, I think if you get the overlay without the pixie dust, then it is $20 each.

We had custom linens for our LS reception. Here are the prices:

90x156" baby blue satin floor length linen: $36
108" round baby blue satin floor length linen: $29
132" round baby blue satin floor length linen: $35
90" round ice blue organza overlay: $20

swagging linens at 4 points: $16
swagging cake table linens at 3 points: $12
ice blue satin napkins ghost folded and tied with 350 Royal Blue satin ribbons in a bow: $4

I have a question related to the LS linens... I think I read somewhere that they will change out the normal green overlay for white for free... but do you happen to know if that means you will have white over the blue, or are you able to get just white linens for free? (I hope that makes sense... I'm just trying to figure out if I'm going to have to pay to have no green and no blue on the tables at all)

Sorry, I don't have the answer to that one. I would think that they could remove the blue completely, but you'd have to ask your WP to know for sure...
