I will be going to Disney on Sept 27-Oct 4. I will be going with two people that haven't been to the parks before. I heard that the railroad train will be in refurb. starting Sept 28 so I planned accordingly and even though we are arriving on the 27th I wanted to make sure they rode on it at least once on the 27th. However now I'm not able to get a fastpass for Maelstrom any day and assume it will either be in refrub. or closing (due to rumors of a Frozen ride).
So my question is how long are the wait lines like the day before a ride goes into refurb?
We will be landing at around 9am in the morning. Do you think I will be able to go to EPCOT, go on Maelstrom, take the monorail and be in MK for my fastpasses that start at 4:30?
