We are going the second week of November (12-18) and most predictions say the park will be a 4-5 on most days.
Weird question but my daughter always waits until the last second so need to be prepared.
What kind of line ups can be expected in the washrooms? Out the door around the corner? Or just a few people to wait for?

Well, it's not so easy to predict that. We go in June and December, with December being the busier of our two trips, and we've never experienced restroom lines out the door. Some of the smaller washrooms can have a bit of a wait, but the larger ones should be okay. I'd say to expect anything from walk right on in to saying "you have to hold it" for 5 or so minutes.

My parents had the opposite problem.. My dad called us 'bathroom inspectors' because we wanted to go in every one that we passed.

If she waits too long you could be stuck in a long queue which would be worse than encountering a long line at the loo. You might want to take family potty breaks where everyone goes whether they have to or not. Make her watch the Nina needs to go cartoons too!

We'll be there the 12th-20th. I'm not concerned at all. Crowd levels should be similar to those on our other trips, and I don't think we ever had to wait.

Do you know the parks well? If not, maybe study the maps a bit, so you know where to go when she has to go.

What about just stopping in to the bathroom when you think it's time, like hourly. We as a family may not need to go but there is a bathroom and we pay a visit to try.

I have never ever had a problem with lines at the washroom at WDW and we have been there at all different times. If its a concern of yours just make sure you dont wait until you are bursting then it wont be an issue.

I may be a bit different than your daughter in that I have severe digestive issues that sometimes...shall we say...strike out of absolutely nowhere, so for me it's not really waiting until the last second but the last second immediately occurs without warning. I've been almost every time of the year, from very low crowds to NYE at Magic Kingdom and really have found not too much trouble at restrooms, though as others have said, it's nearly impossible to predict. One in particular that I notice always seems to have out-of-the-ordinary busy waits at any given time are the "Tangled Bathrooms" in Fantasyland. I try to know where the bathrooms are, and most of the time I've found waits to be really short, if at all. I'm also the fan of "stop in and try, even if you think you don't have to." Not to overshare but I've found that indeed, this is helpful! I also suggest trying to go, even if you don't think anyone needs to, before entering a long line. I've had emergencies where I've had to sprint from the line, but let me tell you that sprint is NOT fun!

We just returned, and even after parades or fireworks we never had any waits in the ladies' room. Maybe one or two in front of us, but never "out the door" waits. The longest wait was at LGA when we got home.
