Line jumping at HHN

Anyone have any issues with this this year? Was in line for Halloween house Saturday night, and a group of like 7 people kept jumping in line. They got in front of us and we got into a shouting match before they got behind us, then continued to argue with us the whole time. Told one of the staff people who took our tickets (assumed the tickets were a way to keep everyone in order), but they didn't do anything about it. I would expect staff to not do anything at a local haunted house or six flags or something, but really thought Universal would be more responsible for this kind of behavior.

i was at hhn for 5 nights this month.
for the regular lines when they got long, a TM would issue a ticket to the guests when they entered the line.

at the point when you are at the end of the line, that TM takes your ticket or you can not get in the house.

i was in the express line and watched some being escorted out as they did not have the ticket.

the whole ticket thing is to stop the line jumpers.


don't know why it went south for you on saturday.
i know that is very frustrating!
