Its amazing anyone on the disboards enjoys Disney anymore - line cutters, body bouncing guests, parents who talk to their children - the horror.

Don't even get me started on the parade/fireworks fiascos
I think I'm glad my family must go when most other disboarders don't. Of the things we find more disappointing with Disney these days (food quality, maintenance, crowding) - its not really guest related. I can't recall a single vacation that was actually impacted in any kind of significant way by a line cutter. Although I did get blocked on Pooh once by some big bad queue bouncer in jorts who wouldn't let me and DS through (at CM's request) as we were a party of 2 and they wanted to fill up the hunny pot.
TSM in the morning is just a controlled (barely) chaos. If you expect it to be anything else you will be disappointed. Just as OP didn't know where the stroller parking was - so do the hundreds of other people there not know what they're in for. If its going to stress you out and bust your moral/ethical/politeness bubble - don't go in the morning. We don't do Soarin' in the mornings, so I can't speak to that so much other than to say - if you know its going to upset you because you know some people will not follow the rules - don't go. OR better yet let Disney know so they can either figure out a way to address it or politely ignore the request.
