For those who are currently at DL, are there still long lines and big crowds at Red Rose? We're arriving in a couple of days and wanted an idea of what we can expect.

TIA

It's been 40-60 around meal times, 25-40 in general, and much longer if the tumbler is in stock. That's to order, finding a table is a whole different animal.

Thanks. We'll try to eat there off-peak.

I was there on Wednesday around 6:00, when the sipper cups were in stock. The line took about 45 minutes and when we got inside it was clear that most people were getting just the sippers. There were plenty of tables available. The Gaston side had more than the enchanted objects side. My guess is that when the sipper is in stock, most are getting the cups so the line is longer, but they aren't eating. When the sipper is not in stock, then folks are there to eat, so the tables are probably harder to find.

I am here now in line and got in line at 11:20. Will update. I heard they do not have the cups in right now. There is plenty of available seating outside.

I was through the line with my food and seated by 11:42 (22 minutes). There were fewer available seats inside but they could still be found. There were no rose cups today but you had to go inside to find out. They were not making the announcement about the cups until you were inside. I did ask and was told by the CM that he was certain Red Rose Tavern would be continuing through at least June.

We'll be there Sunday and were hoping to check it out for an early lunch. Any news on when people are starting to line up, especially on weekends? I'm assuming it opens at 11.

Maybe its just me but I don't get the hype for the cup. Yes, a cute collectible, but to stand in line for 45 minutes for a cup isn't something I would do with my time. It's a shame that people wanting to get food have to stand in the same line. Maybe they could make an express register just for the cups.

Personally, out of all the souvenir cups I've seen Disney do over the years, this one is my least favorite! Its literally a clear cup with a plastic rose inside!

i was there a couple weeks ago (no rose cups). we ate around 2:30. there was plenty of seating available outside (finding a table that had shade was another story), indoor seating was a little harder to find, but thankfully a family was just leaving and offered us their table ("the power of the baby bump," my husband said, haha). the line to place our order wasn't bad, but it took forever for them to get orders together. there were so many mix-ups and things missing. not sure if every line was like that or if i was just lucky.
