Lindsfields Reserve can you tell me about it?

We are going on a trip with extended family and friends. One member needs a handicap accessible room. We found a home with one in Lindsfields Reserve. Can anyone share info? How far from Disney? What is the area like? It looks really nice on the internet. Just wanting to make sure. Thanks!

Lindfields is just west of the Formosa Gardens area, about 5 minutes from Disney using the new 429 toll road. I think it's a $1. toll but it takes you into Disney from the west side.
It has pool homes and was built in the 1990s. The area is very nice. There are lots of restaurants and tourist type shops within 2 or 3 minutes, a big mini golf course, Publix is a couple of minutes away either east or west on 192 and there's a Super Walmart about 5 or so minutes west on 192 and take the north exit for 27 ( just behind the Burger King).
We stayed in Lindfields twice in the late 1990s and liked it. We usually stay in the Formosa Gardens area. There's a back street that runs parallel to 192 called Funie Steed Rd that connects Lindfields with the Formosa Gardens area, not much traffic on it. I think Lindfields has quite a few full time residents mixed in with the vacation rentals.
