I know! I'm so happy! She needs to spend time in jail, the correct amount, too. People complain that celebrities are getting special treatment because of their status in society, but I think that they should be longer sentences because of that. They're the ones kids look up to, they should be punished correctly so that these kids know what happens when you do something like drugs or drink and drive. Lindsey is a complete idiot for doing drugs and for drunk driving and the kids that idolize her need to realize that.

She needs to go to jail, being in and out of rehab isn't doing anything. I can't see her getting away in the wake of Paris Hilton's sentence. It's going to do her much better then not following her rehab treatments as much as she should.

I was just thinking that! What happened to that good little actress years ago? And what are us kids and teens supposed to think? That partying and drinking is the right thing to do? I don't get how people like that are celebrities. I know the attitude in Hollywood is that celebs are people too, but...I don't know what to say here. It's just not right. But I do hope that when she's released from jail, she'll be a mostly changed person
