How is this are now? I know it's a little further out than Emerald Island and The Windsors. We have been shopping different areas to possibly buy and have seen a few in this area.

How is this are now? I know it's a little further out than Emerald Island and The Windsors. We have been shopping different areas to possibly buy and have seen a few in this area.

It is not a gated area. Mixture of owners and long term rentals with the short term rentals. Quiet area. No fear to walk dog after dark etc. Houses built in the 90s with many updated.
