Albertsons may be a little higher then some of the stores in Orlando, but I normally shop at Albertsons so its a store I know. I go to my local Albertsons with pen and paper and instead of putting the stuff I want in the cart I put down on paper. Then I get home I refine the list and then fax it to them 2 days prior (nothing sooner). On my last trip to WDW I had ordered donuts and I thought I would get regular donuts. When we picked up the order I got Krispy Kremes (yum).

Just like with anything else, someone loves em and someone hates em. I think my obstetrician is the best one on the planet- one of my dear friends hates his guts.;)

I just made a post yesterday trying to find out the name of this service. I used them only once, last November. I had used Mears on all of my trips prior to this because, to be honest, I never knew there was an alternative. Once I joined the DIS I learned about all of the other transportation companies out there. I chose Rabbit and his business because they had the best price at the time. I was thrilled with the service. As I stated in my post, I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. I will use them on all our trips from now on. I had forgotten the name of the company. (Sorry.) I just remembered Rabbit's name. Thanks to this board and the friendly, helpful other Disney fans, I now have the correct name of the company. I am passing the information on to my brother who is taking my nephew for his first trip this November. He will be using Yourride too. Again, I was quite impressed with the service!!! I understand that Rabbit is not there anymore and that Thom is now in charge. I am sure that the service is still great! We will be using them again in the future!

We've used your ride twice before, had wonderful service both times. We're using them again this Friday morning, and looking forward to it!
 
Mermaid02 - heheh thats pretty funny... your station wagon must be one seriously scary ride. Maybe your friend saw your doctor on a bad day where he was rude or aweful and you have yet to experience him when he is like that. Maybe she just didn't like his personality.

But about YourRide, I don't think this is quite a love 'em or hate 'em situation... that is just a question of personal taste. But this is different - you pay money for a specific service, and a specific level of service and the result is easily quantified and measured. Its a simple question of "did you get what you paid for?"

Just about everything that could go wrong, did go wrong in our YourRide experience. From a personal standpoint, as I've posted before, we liked our driver, Jimmy quite a bit.

I guess I still feel a bit burned from my "YourRide experience." After telling them about how things didn't go right, we never heard back from Rabbit with an explanation or apology. And no, we were not asking for any compensation. Ignoring problems is not an effective customer relations solution.

If you weren't happy with Yourride, I suggest you try another company. Happy Limo and Cartier town car both have good reviews on this forum.

EXACTLY! I had a wonderful experience.... she had a bad one... it happens.

And yes, my station wagon is a fright. LOL
 
Another thumbs up here. I used Yourride for the first time in Nov. 2001 after seeing they were a DIS sponser and then again in Sept 2002. Both experiences were very, very good. I'll be using them again in Sept and Oct. of this year. In fact, I think I'll go book my Sept trip now! :)
 
We used Yourride last year, and were looking forward to seeing Rabbit again this year....even though he is no longer there, we will definitely use Yourride again...they were AWESOME!!!!!
 
I have Yourride booked for December. When I called to book it I personally spoke with Rabbit. I was so excited after hearing such positive reviews on the board. I used Tiffany in the past (a limo) and they were wonderful.

Since then, I have heard that Rabbit is gone and I have seen some negative posts.

So far, I have to agree with the rest of the posters. Give them a chance. I do have a couple of more months until my trip, but I am hoping to give them the chance that they deserve. Unless things really go downhill, I will stick with them.

Keep the reviews coming. It really helps the rest of us!
