They did say that the limo will go back and forth to pick up guests, though. So that's a plus!

Yes, they will do that. We only have one trip of 8 people to come over to SBP, but the Limo will be going back and forth 3 times to AKL from SBP to transport the 18 guests to Jiko for our dinner reception.

It was so cool I thought working out the transportation logistics, it was like a puzzle! I could almost hear my WC's brain gears working while we were working through the whole schedule etc. on the phone!

Unfortunately our 4 hours (pickups start at 1:15pm for us) will be used up by the time the dinner reception is done, so we have to get additional transport to bring everyone back to EPCOT for the DP....

Do you think its better to use the Limo to pick people up in the morning or take them home at night?

I vote for morning because then they will all be guaranteed to be at the ceremony on time! Plus, it would be nice for them not to have to figure out how to get there on their own, on a deadline.

In the afternoon, they will have all the time they need to make their way back to their resorts.
