We used Happy Limo for our trip last yr. We booked a limo and that's what we got. They also made a grocery stop at Albertson's. (much cheaper than Goodings) We did have our complaints (they were late picking us up 2 out of 3 times) but I did get some good discounts by using the coupon at Barb's site and for some reason they threw in a couple extra discounts (one for the 3-way transfer and one for no apparent reason) At that time, gratuities were included in the price but now they are not. We are travelling again this Spring and I am thinking about booking them again. (one of the times they were late was because another family took our limo---their limo was there looking for them...we finally realized when the other limo radioed that they had *US* in their limo, that this other family HAD our limo...we ended up with theirs..no biggie, but we and the other driver stood in the parking lot staring at each other for about 45 mins until this was all figured out.

I really would suggest booking Happy Limo if it's a Limo that you want. I didn't realize the other companies didn't guarentee a limo.
We had a fabulous driver who was great with our kids! The kids really got a thrill out of it! I think the drivers name was Cindy and she had the kids looking out the front of the car when we passed into the Magic Kingdom. She was showing them places along the way. She was really great! Not all driver do this. The next two that we had were men and they were fine...but stuffed shirts.
Sometimes that's what you want in a limo driver, but after Cindy, no one could have measured up!
Oh, we had also requested a special soda for each leg of our trip. The only one who had it was Cindy! When we got in the limo she said, "I have your Sierra Mist right here...4 of them!" One for each of the kids. And they had Disney movies for the VCR. You can request a special movie. We didn't.
Ok, this is too long. I would recommend getting a limo for this special trip. It will long be remembered. Happy Limo worked out fine for us. Just remember, you're on vacation. Any little problems are NOT going to bother you.
We were flexible so the little hiccups didn't ruin our trip. They just gave us interesting things to talk about.
