Limo Service Inquiry

Has anyone used either Orange County Limo or American Parking & Limo Service for transportation to and from LAX? We thought limo service would be fun for our upcoming trip but can decided on which company to use.

We used Best Limo and can't say enough good things about them. The car was imaculate, and the service was great. We booked a stretch for 7 adults from LGB to GCH since it was the same price as the van.
The stretch had a full bar that we did take advantage of.

I think the 800# is dispatch and the 714# is the main number, but I think either will get you to the right place.

Don't go through their website. I submitted a request for quote and had an immediate automated e-mail that they would be back to me within 24-48 hours later. About 72 hours later I sent an e-mail to their advertised e-mail address, letting them know that I was still waiting. 5 days after submitting the initial request, I called them and they had no idea what I was talking about and asked for all of the initial information. They confirmed that the e-mail address I used was correct and that their system does generate the automated e-mail in response to web quote requests. I decided not to waste my time any more.

So, I can't speak to their actual operations performance, but they clearly need help on the reservations front.

Used them for a stretch a few years ago and they were great. Like Maistre Gracey said the car was very clean, they were prompt, the bar was loaded (and, yes, we had a couple of drinks) and they even had a Disney video for the grandkids to watch while stretched out on the long sofa. We'll be using them again this December for a town car (just the 2 of us/we're meeting the rest of the family at the GC), and they quoted $142. which incl. all parking charges, tip, etc...
