Limo service for transportation?????

Hi...

a few weeks away and finishing the details

I was wondering if anyone has used any of the Limo services for transportation from the airport to Disney World? I was looking at some of the fees for transportation and decided to "splurge" and start the vacation on a great foot! Plus I figure the kids will get a joy for riding in a Limo!

I've read about Happy Limo, but would like to hear from anyone that has actually used any of the Limo services.

I'm jealous, but counting down the days until our trip in October. Have a great time!!!
Our last trip down, we used Florida Towncars. They advertise $85 round trip for internet bookings. In the 2000 Birnbaum's WDW, they quoted a price of $75 round-trip and when I mentioned it, they honored it. I don't know if the 2002 version quotes the same price, but it's worth a look. Our entire experience with them was really great. I made my reservations over the internet and got back such a nice note from their reservations person. Our driver was right there to pick us up and was really sweet. We also had the same driver on the way back and that was kind of nice. I would highly recommend them! It was much better than Mears or renting and cost about the same!

We a use Tiffney Towncars which can take 5 guest. Its $80.00 round trip including a 1/2 hour grocery stop. Thier web site has a $5.00 coupon & the Passporter has an $8.00 coupon. THe dirver meets you with a sign with your name on it & helps you get your bags. Remember to only tip for half the trip in case you get a differnt driver on the way back. We ask for Brian.

We used Tiffany Towncar's limo and it was awesome! I have pictures and info on my website. Click the link below, then go to the "Caribbean Beach Resort" link to see the limo. I highly recommend Tiffany Towncar. We'll be using them again in a couple of weeks!

I think the two people who posted right before I did thought you were just looking for car service. The limo's are NOT $80 or $85. LOL!!!!!!!!

We paid $220. round trip, and this included tip! We personally thought it was worth it. I wouldn't recommend Tiffany Towncar if our experience with them was anything less than excellent!

I stand corrected! Seaspray is correct - I was talking about a "Towncar" not an actual "Limosine". BUT - the towncar (we call 'em limos here in Jersey) was still $80 and better than going with Mears. Besides, I would rather go in a towncar than a limo and spend the money saved on more Disney "stuff"! Have a great time and have a drink for me in your stretch limo on the way to your resort!

We've used Happy a lot (as a matter of fact, last time was last weekend), and they've always been right on time. We don't need the grocery stop, although they usually ask anyway. We'll be using them again for our next trip (Feb. 7th--yay!!!!).
