limo question?

Hello, I am a first timer to get a limo and was wondering if you still need to tip even if a gratuity is included in the price?

leaving tomorrow so I need to know soon...thanks abunch

We used Tiffany Town Car earlier this year for a stretch limo and Debbie told us the tip was included in the cost. I asked her whether the driver knew about it and she said he would. I gave him a tip each way because we thought the service was great but you wouldn't need to.

As with anything, the tip amount depends on the level of service. The quoted price from Tiffany does include the tip, and the drivers know that. However, the Tiffany driver that took us to CBR last year took us to a GREAT grocery store for our food stop, and he called CBR on his cell phone and talked to a friend of his. He told them what our requests were and found out we had been placed in a completely different area. He made 2 more phone calls, and by the time we got to CBR, we had all but been checked in (we spent maybe 4 minutes checking in!!), we had been moved to the EXACT building we requested, and we got a corner room upstairs. Our driver's friend who works there made sure we were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room and waiting there for us. Our driver left with an additional $40.00 tip...
