We're taking our 17 year old daughter and 3 of her friends to WDW in late November-early December. Here's my question..... My husband and I are going to be spending our time at WDW, we are all staying on WDW property, however the kids are splitting their time between WDW and that other park (of which I will not speak because it is not WDW!!!! :D ) What would save me the most? If we get a rental car, we pay it all, and can carry the kids back and forth, the limo would save us money and the kids would think that was really cool being picked up at the airport by a limo, but then the kids would have to hire a taxi to take them back and forth for 2 days, but they could split the cost 4 ways amoung themselves. Is there any other way to get from WDW to Univ? Does anyone know the cost of a taxi ride from WDW to Univ? We don't want to over load the kids with money woes, but obviously we'd have to rent a big car for 6 adults........any advice?

Well ... if it were me I wouldn't volunteer to be the shuttle for a 17 year old and her friends! I'm usually a "get a car" kind of person, but I think you would be better served by getting to your resort using Tiffany (with a grocery stop for snacks). I know that Mears offers a shuttle service to Universal, but once you're paying for 4 people a taxi might be a better choice. You'll have to check prices ... here's Mear's URL: http://www.mears-net.com . Good luck!
