Limo Company to Port

We are a family of 6 (all adults) and I am interested in a one way trip to Port Canaveral but I think the planets are not in alignment and we will end up renting a vehicle and driving ourselves. My issues are - only want one way as our plane does not fly out until 6:00 the following evening and I don't want to spend the day at the airport so no round trip which means no grocery stop (so no pop/beer for the cruise). We are also having luggage issues - I understand that limos are modified cars but if we all pack enough for a week I know it won't fit in the trunk - can't it the excess baggage be put in the back of the vehicle???

Sorry, I am venting here but am also very disappointed with my research. If anyone had a different experience with someone, please let me know so I can inquire with that company.
