What's the deal with high speed connections to the 'net at Swan, is it timed, an extra charge for time beyond a certain limit? I'm less than thrilled that I can't waive this anymore and I don't want to extend the $10 charge if I can avoid it.

Thanks,

The Swan and Dolphin work on the one day theory present at most hotels. Once you pay you have access until checkout time the next day (or that day if you log on in the AM.) You can log off and on as many times as you like, but at 11 AM you start a new day (or maybe noon) and get a new charge.

Last June I didn't even try to get the resort charge off of our room even though we were staying club level and I had heard that it might be a possibility. I knew I'd be using my computer so I knew that I'd be using part of their services. When we were in the room, someone was usually on the laptop. I don't remember seeing anything on my end bill about connection times/time of day. I assumed it was all part of my resort fee, good from check in to check out. I hope this helps and doesn't sound too confusing!
