What's going on with Teppan Edo, San Angel Inn, Tutto Italia, Marrakesh, Nine Dragons? No reservations available the week of Christmas, not because others have taken them, they just aren't accepting reservations?
Could just be one of those famous booking system glitches. We've discovered that's all it was numerous times by exiting completely and going back in to find plenty of availability. Sometimes, though, the system was having a hissy for several hours or longer.
Did you try the trick of entering a specific time rather than the meal name? That may work if you hadn't.
We've also sometimes found that the MDE app works when signing into the Disney website doesn't although more often the reverse. Trying via whichever access point--app or website--you weren't already using may show availability.
Disney's online ADR booking system is such fun that way.

1) You have selected the BUSIEST week of the year. (REPEAT, the busiest week of the year.)
2) It is extremely possible that people booked 180+10 days for the ADR's.
3) Look DAILY for cancellations.
I have been looking to get an ADR for Teppan Edo for something in August or September. No availability is showing at all, on any date or any time. I tried the app as well and it says the same - no reservations available. It isn't high on my priorities so if it really is fully booked for both of those months, that's fine. It seems like a glitch, though, either with my system or the reservation site.

I assure you, the reason is not because it is the busiest week of the year. I was able to get Ohana and BOG and CRT and Chef Mickey's and pretty much anything I wanted, as I logged in at 5 AM Central time at the opening of my window. The restaurants that I listed were simply unavailable. I even checked the 10th day into my window (i.e., Day 190 out) and was able to get pretty much anything I wanted, except those 5 Epcot locations I listed.
Strangely, those Epcot locations are now available. Must have been a glitch in the system.
