Lime Green

Does anyone do the lime green thing at DL? You know, wear lime green shirts or tags to identify themselves as DIS'rs?
Everyone talks about doing it at WDW, didn't know if people did it at DL.
If not, I think we should start!

I was wondering too. I never saw anyone wearing lime green. But, if you see the hispanic girl with Tinkerbell tattooed on each shoulder, a tatted up husband and a boy walking behind them playing a gameboy....That's me!!

I bought a set of lime green Disney logo t-shirts for my family to wear on our upcoming trip.

I got the LGMHPC*s, too, and am still trying to figure out what to do with them. DH refuses to have anything to do with it, but I'm thinking I'll make mine into a tag and put it on the backpack.

I also ordered a set of matching lime green shirts from Disney (the one with the antenna topper balls), but at the last minute changed them all to turquoise thinking that might look better with our skintones. (We are from Seattle, after all.)

I did finally cave and ordered my first pair of Crocs! Not lime green (it looked kind of an icky dull color on the website), but in fire-engine red. I figured, "Hey, they're gonna stand out anyway, why bother with a subtle color?"

Not sure, I always look when I am there and I have yet to see any lime green going on! Next time I think I am going to try it though!

I wore lime green my last visit to WDW but did not "approach" anyone... I was too busy!!!! Also lime green is very popular now. Thinking of getting the paint chip to put on my fanny pack though. I'll the the one running through the park with the lime green t-shirt and fanny pack with a chip on it in late October. Along will be DH and three children wearing matching Disney t-shirts I just picked up at the Disney store with all the characters on them... or little DS6 might be dressed as a pirate. We will see!

I read this a bit fast the first time and thought, "You know, my fanny is the absolute last place I would think to stick one of those..."

I also have the paint chips. will be using most on my upcoming trip to WDW in sep/oct, but will save a couple for the trip to Disneyland in December/January. Who knows, maybe I will even have the courage to approach someone in green!

Apparently you can only get them at Home Depot the "other" blue hardware store whose name is not uttered on the DIS boards doesn't carry it. (I asked )

That's the one. I haven't worn them to DL in the past, but I will now. And I'll be on the lookout for others.

Yes in the Home Depot paint department they will have a section of Disney colors. Alien Green is the one you want to look for.
