Lime green mickey heads

I have made some "nearly" lime green mickey heads (about as good as it gets with my computer skills), so everyone look out for me, my hubby and my parents who will all be sporting these on green ribbons on our backpacks between 24th Sept and 14th Oct.

This will be the 3rd time of wearing lime green mickey heads, and we have never seen anyone, or been approached, so it would be sooooo lovely to bump into someone

They look great! Do you always have your screen name on them or did you just have the LGMH on your previous trips? I made one with 2Tiggies across the middle. I wondered if DISers are more likely to approach someone who 'identifies' him/herself I was going to put them on my backpack. BTW we will be there from 2 - 16 October so I will look out for you.

This is the first time I have put my name on them, so fingers crossed.

A funny story - the last time we were in Orlando, just getting onto the ferry across to MK, and there was whole group of people wearing lime green t-shirts. I was soooo excited, and went bouncing up to them expecting them to be from the Dis, but apparantly they were just wearing the shirts to keep the group together, and looked at me like I was from another planet I was so embarrased I will be a bit more careful next time I approach someone

Now I might be a bit weird in that way, but I feel nothing for doing something like that with people who will probably never see me again.

I am wearing mine on my little backpack. Do you pin yours onto your clothing or onto your park bag?

I was going to put it on our rucksacks, but having one on your person is a good idea, as if we are in a queue, and our bags are in a locker, then we are missing an opportunity. I think I will hang one from my belt loop or something.

I always use a lanyard and ID card holder to carry my park tickets, this would be a good place to put your LGMH's.

Hi my hubby has made me some too , I only mentioned in convo to him once that others did it and then he cam ehome with them ....bless he does listen to me Saz72 looks like you are their the same time as me I fly out on the 23rd and bk on the 14th ..
I will be sure to say hi I am actually very excited about meeting and bumping into other Dissers as I have never joined a forum before!

Laminate them or clear contact works fine. I will probably take a few so that I have some spares.

Wasn’t going to do the LGMH, but now that I’ve seen your post I think I will. We will be taking our DD and her new Brit hubby.

So So So excited its nearly Disney time!!!! I always feel like im forgetting something ....then I realised i have booked my tickets in Hemms my married name but had not changed my passport what a wally and what a time to realise haha so I have just had a panick trip to the passport office to get it! luckily it just came through 3 days later.

Also I have had my wonderful hubby make me some more mickeys with my user name on so i hope to see some of you I have a meet with a couple of people and i really excite about them

Tinker are we still on for the 5th? Is there anyone else coming and do you want to meet another day with the other DIS member your meeting.I dont mind fidling around with my days a little.Changed them again today as found out didnt have a whole day at epcot but 2 at HS which we dont need. I am going to make some lime green mickey heads and will put crabbie 1 on them. May pin one to my hat as well.
