lime green mickey head search...

I could use some help
i have been checking my home depot for
months and when ever i go the mickey heads are gone must be a popular color or lots of Diser in my area

anyway i am going in Oct and want to have some heads laminated for the trip

is there a kind fellow Diser who would be willing to check out there home depot and send me some
i will gladly pay shipping

Help a clueless newbie... what do you do with the lime green from home depot? I was at Home Depot, dd painted her room and we saw the paint samples with the MM heads... so how do you use them to identify each other??? I'm meeting fellow dis'ers on an illumination cruise...

any help would be appreciated!!

We're using sonic green because we couldn't find any lime green at our Home Depot. We'll be there in five days so I guess it will have to do.

Can someone please refresh my memory as far as what the best color is at Home Depot? I had thought it was called "Sonic Boom", but I guess not. It certainly can't be called anything so nice and common as "lime green". It must have some fancy name. So which is it?

Picked up my Mickey heads today......purple for my DD9, blue for my DD12, red for DD12's friend that's going with us and pink for DNi5......and of course Alien Green for ME.

I'm using to make luggage tags for them all, then they can use as identification on their slingsacks in the park.

I found some great cold laminate luggage tag makers at OfficeMax to use on clearance.





OOOh, look at that counter. Gotta set the alarm for PS's.....

Lime green is the official DIS color, so people use the lime green mickey head paint swatches for luggage tags and as keychains and such so that they can identify their belongings and also so that other DIS members can find each other.

And since they are paint swatches, they're free.

the things we are talking about are paint samples. Disney has a line of house paints that have samples in the shape of mickey heads. One of their colors are lime green. Hmmmmm think the one who made the colors was a DISer?
