Lime green? I musta missed the thread!

I'm new.

That's about all I can say. What is the lime green thing? Are we supposed to have or wear something lime green so that we recognize other Dis members? That is what I am assuming.

Can someone throw me a link????

You assumed correctly! Many people are using ribbon to tie to a backpack or fanny pack. Several people have picked up the paint samples from Home Depot and are turning it into a pin.

I found a cheap silver mickey pin on ebay and bought lime green spray paint

IF we wear a lime gree shirt, is that too much of a "signal"? Should we have something more exceptional, like a ribbon? You know, like something that you wouldn't normally wear, that you know, stands for something else? (that makes no sense re-reading it, but it's the best I could do!)

You missed the thread? How do you think I felt when I was told the official color of my site was lime green! I was completely out of the loop on that one LOL!

I think I've read in some threads where they had lime green shirts... but are you gonna wear it everyday? A ribbon or pin would be easier for daily use.

The DIS just announced a store coming soon (next month I think)... everyone put it requests for merchandise and they will be carrying lime green items. There were a lot of requests for pins, lanyards and ponchos.

I ordered the lanyard through Kelloggs cereal and its lime green with the 4 WDW icons on it. It was only $1.99 with I think 2 cereal box tops.
