I think the code is good through January.

There isn't a minimum purchase required.

It doesn't say if it can be used over and over again. I would try it though.

I just tried to use the code for a second time. It applied the code, but then when I got to the last step, AFTER THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, it did not apply the credit and had tacked $10 back on my card.

It just did the same to me. I entered the code and it came off, then after i hit complete, it added it back on. Hmm, I guess I'll have to call them.

I just spoke with customer service. they said they have been having a problem with t hat. To wait 30-40 minutes and call back and they will take the coupon off. So just a heads up for everyone.

I only used the code once. I'm sure it's not too late to call. When I called back though, they said that they had in their system that it came off, that there must just be a computer glitch. She sent me a confirmation e-mail and assured me that it did come off. So, most likely, it came off of yours too, but if it were me, i'd call just to be safe.
