We were there from March 10 to 17th this year. We had a two bedroom overlooking the lake. We adjoined a one bedroom with my sil and bil and two neices. I have three kids and they all had a great time. They love the water park and the rented paddle boats one day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Had all the necessary kitchen supplies. I would recommend one of the newer buildings and near the water park or you get a room very far from everything. It is very close to disney especially if you take the short cut. We went every morning for a walk at the different resorts. We had a great time! Now I don't know what the pool temperature at the water park would be in January but at least it wouldn't be so crowded. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. It was very busy around the pool but we were there in March break. We paid 135 a night for a two bedroom, which I think at that time of year is very reasonable.
