Likelihood of a Second MSEP in November?

What is the likelihood of a second MSEP parade being scheduled in MK in November? We are visiting the week of November 15, and this week has several MVMCP nights so there's no MSEP or Wishes scheduled. I'm wondering if a second parade will be scheduled on a night with MSEP and Wishes.
