Lightweight Luggage

My husband wants new super lightweight luggage. I have been shopping around and the lightest 28" luggage is 9 lbs. Does anyone know where I can find luggage at a decent price which is lighter than 9 lbs. Thanks for your help!

I have had great luck with ebags. The set we bought is 10 lbs and hard sided. If you aren't looking for hardsided, I found a set that the largest suitcase is 5.4lbs. You can usually find a promo code (GXYFACN20OCT is good for 20% off right now)

I found a big TravelPro suitcase at Marshalls last week. It was bigger than I had planned to buy, but it is very light. They only had one in grey, so I bought it even though it was regular price at $99.99.

I got a really nice Atlantic suitcase from Amazon. I got the 2nd largest size, I believe it is 7 lbs. I think I spent $50 on it.
