I have a couple of questions about Lightspeed:

1. Can both my DH and I sign up? Some places only allow one panelist per household.

2. Do you get points for referring people?

3. What kind of rewards do they have? Do they have gift certificates or can they send you a check? If they have gift certificates... from which places?

1. Can two members from the same household join the Lightspeed Consumer Panel under the same email address?



More than one person from the same household can join the Lightspeed Panel, but each member of the household must have their own email address. When a person signs in, the email address allows us to identify who that person is. If two people shared an email address, we wouldn’t know who was signing in to our site.



In order to obtain a new email address for the second member of your household, there are plenty of websites that offer free email addresses, such as Hotmail or Yahoo. Two people cannot join under one email address, but two people from the same household can join if they have different email addresses.


2. Do you have a referral program?



Thank you for thinking of recommending the Lightspeed Consumer Panel to others! Unfortunately, we no longer offer a referral program and do not have any plans in the future to re-new our referral program.
