Lightsaber photoshop effect for pics

My kids built lightsabers at Savi’s and took some great pics with the Disney photographer during the day. Does anyone know of a good app where you can digitally add a lightsaber color effect? I was hoping you could on the Disney photo pass magical effects, but there isn’t.

Not sure of an app, but there is a photoshop request on reddit and I'm sure someone on there would love to make your photo look top notch for free.
