Was just wondering if they have a show during evening EMH at MGM?

Right, as far as I know, the show is not set up to be able to run at night.

Flight lands in MCO at 2:15 p.m., keep your fingers crossed for us that we can make it to the 5:30 show!!!!! (staying at ASMo and using DME)

I don't know when you are going, but the last show might be earlier than 5:30. Check this link the Saturday before you leave, then check again when you get there:
