Today when I was looking at the app just to get an idea about lightning lane multipass pricing, I was able to go out as far as 21 days to book. I thought it was only seven days. Is that a change?

Nope the calendar has always shown a 21 day window after the first couple days after LLMP and/or LLSP launched to allow for the 21 days to populate.

However we are limited to 7 days advanced purchases for on-site and 3 days for offsite guests. It shows that far out to allow you to book up to 14 days in the future plus 7 days.

If staying onsite, you can book seven days before your arrival date. But on that day, you can book for length-of-stay, up to 14 days. 7+14=21. So, the calendar shows 21 days for those few people who are staying onsite with 14 day stays. However, you still have to wait until 7 days before arrival in order to book. It won't let you book before then, even if the days you want to book for are showing on the calendar.
