Lighthouse Sandwich from Columbia Harbour House?

I'm not going to ask if anyone's tried it, because I'm sure that somebody out there has.


Instead, I'll ask - How is it? Is there a lot of hummus? I've always gotten the chicken fingers basket here before. But, since they've switched to nuggets instead of fingers I thought I might try something new. I hummus, but it's a recent discovery for me - so, I haven't tried a lot of different kinds yet.

Is it good or should I stick with chicken?

I really enjoy the Lighthouse sandwich. My DH and I get this everytime we go to Columbia Harbor House. The humus and slaw mix is excellent! I've tried to figure out how to make it at home several times and haven't been able to recreate it yet. Yum..I'm hungry just thinking about it.

If you want to try something new...go for it!!
But...personally, I LOVED the new chicken nuggets on all the menus. They are almost exactly the same as the chicken fingers...just smaller chunks. Last month, I had the chicken nuggets 3 out of 4 CS meals and thought they were very yummy!!

That is one of my favorite sandwiches EVER!! The combo of hummus and broccoli slaw is just wonderful. We make a special stop there every trip so I can have one.

I LOVE he tuna sandwiches there, but be warned...they are HUGE!!!!
My mom and I had no idea last trip, so she ordered while I took the kids to the table, and at the end of lunch, we still had a whole sandwich left over. (half of mine and half of hers!) Was a good snack for later!
