Lighthouse Key vs Windsor Hills? And which company?

Hi! Getting ready to book our December WDW trip and will be staying off property for the first time ever. Right now, I am looking at a 2 BR condo at Lighthouse Key (thru All Star Vacation Homes) or a 3BR condo at Windsor Hills thru Magical Vacation Homes.
No, we don't really need the extra bedroom, but the second option has 2 Master suites, which would be very nice to have (and we can put suitcases and extras in the spare bedroom!) and the price is about $450 less than the 2BR mentioned.
That said, I really love the look of Lighthouse Key... but that extra money would sure come in handy too. I really don't know what to do- in fact the only thing I DO know is that I want to get this done asap before I lose my mind!!!
Anyone stayed at these resorts? Opinions? Thoughts? Help, please!

We stayed in a 4-br at Lighthouse Key that was just fabulous. Two master suites. A laundry room that was huge. Nice decorations and wonderful staff.

I'm told that there are different management groups for different parts of the resort, so I don't know if everyone would have the same experience.

Windsor Hills is slightly closer to WDW, but not enough to make that a deal breaker.

Rough call, but I'd probably go with the cheaper option. That's enough difference to make it worth it.

Pick the Windsor Hills condo. You'll be very happy there.

I would also look at vrbo or homeaway to save yourself some money. The management companies typical add a nice markup.

We just stayed at Windsor Hills in March and really liked it. A 3BR condo-Good sized pool. Clean. As advertised. We would stay again!
