Has anyone stayed in these condos? We are looking for a four bedroom condo that is exceptionally clean and close to Disney. We stayed in a 5 bedroom home in Rolling Hills last year. It was close to Disney, but the house was a bit run down. Does anyone know of 4 bedroom condos/villas/townhomes that are in the Windsor Hills/Formosa Gardens area?

We'll be there for a week starting 12/19. I checked reviews before I booked it months ago and the only complaint I recall is that it is not real "resorty". More like a residential community.

I've booked several clients they and they all loved it, said the units were beautiful. One even said she had family come visit that owns DVC and they were blown away at how nice the units are and how little they paid for the rental (compared to what DVC costs).
Make sure to check whether the method you use to book includes the resort fee or not.

We are there now. Very nice unit. Some of the basics are missing, such as pot holders and a pot scrubber, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The staff has been very nice at every encounter. We have four bedrooms (sleeps 10), 3 bathrooms, 5 (I think) televisions, pretty much anything you could want. There are really no activities, but we never do those anyway.

We stayed there last year. Nice new resort. The condos are very nice. The decor is kind of like an upscale big city hotel. Not what you would expect at a vacation resort. I can't put my finger on it but there is just really no "vacation vibe" at the resort.
