light weight pooh costume for MNSSHP

My husband, who does NOT do Halloween costumes, has agreed to be Christopher Robin for MNSSHP! I was planning on dressing DS who will be 17 months as Pooh and me as a bee. However, I don't want to roast the baby! Does anyone know of a place to get a lighter weight pooh costume or do you have any ideas on how to make one?? Otherwise we'll have the baby be a pirate and we'll wear pirate shirts. (I have no idea why DH is willing to be Christopher Robin and not a pirate, but I just don't ask )

I think you'll have to use pjs or make your own. We went last year and the kids were roasting! So, it is good that you are taking the heat in consideration.
