Light Chemical Peel and Workout?

Help Please - I got my first light chemical peel yesterday at the derm , she gave me great instructions on what I can do and can't do the first 24- 48 hours but I forgot to ask about workouts! I assume that I can't do a heavy workout where I sweat alot for a day or two but I am not sure and she is not in the office today to call and ask- Anyone else know?
